He is an Engineer, Senior Management Executive, and certified Net Promoter Associate, with diverse skills and a rich 30+ years of valuable experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D and Technology Services, that give him a wide understanding of global business and the significance of compliance to companies across sectors.

Leading the business from the front, Kiran coaches the team on a variety of areas, from strategy to execution. An expert in the compliance domain, he is a client success enabler, adept at ideating solutions and has been the mainstay of our expanding global footprint. He fuels internal innovation across functions, enabling the business to grow sustainably, while improving the value we deliver to customers.
Kelly Eisenhardt
Director - Compliance Solutions
A seasoned compliance expert, Kelly has deep knowledge of the regulatory compliance space. She excels as a Coach, Consultant and Trainer and has enabled compliance programs for over 100 companies. Her key strength is the clarity with which she understands business pain points relating to compliance, based on which she enables companies to implement simple and effective compliance programs.

SVP - Operations
‘CK’ as he is known, is an electronics industry veteran with deep experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality and regulatory compliance. Efficiency is his mantra, built on his expertise in agile program management, lean and six sigma. With over 30 years’ experience cutting across industries, he is an expert SPC, 5S and Kaizen, and has extensive experience in a variety of ISO standards.
Peter Mathew
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Peter runs the company’s finances, as well as ensures statutory compliance. With over 25 years of experience, Peter has worked in different countries, garnering strengths in financial management, international trade and foreign exchange management. Apart from finance, Peter also oversees the company’s legal review and commercial functions.
